Account Coordinator (Independent Contractor - Remote)

Salary: $1,700 USD/month

Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous Account Coordinator to oversee and assist with client projects, outreach activities, and strategic initiatives. This role is designed for remote work as an independent contractor.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, and client outreach strategies. Foster existing relationships to enhance customer engagement.
  • Client Interaction: Facilitate client communications, organize meetings, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate client profiles, industry trends, and business opportunities to inform strategic choices.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify new leads and support product offerings and strategic alliances.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, marketing, sales, business development, or executive support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across various platforms.
