Responsibilities
What will you accomplish as a Client Relations Specialist?
- • Establish and nurture relationships with both new prospects and existing clients through virtual meetings, phone conversations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Teams to ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
• Work alongside colleagues across the organization to exchange knowledge and best practices.
• Keep abreast of logistics market trends and advancements.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements to boost revenue.
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services.
• Utilize all available resources to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications
