What will you accomplish as a Business Support Specialist?


• Establish connections with both prospective and existing clients through virtual meetings, phone communications, and presentations.

• Collaborate with Customer Care Teams to ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.

• Work alongside colleagues across the organization to exchange knowledge and best practices.

• Stay informed about trends and developments in the logistics market.

• Negotiate and finalize agreements to drive revenue growth.

• Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services.

• Leverage all available resources to meet sales objectives.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses client expectations.

Requirements

Who are you?

Proficient in intermediate English (60%), advanced Portuguese (80%), and Spanish. An empathetic, responsible, and proactive individual. Capable of multitasking and adept at resolving various situations. Possesses at least one year of experience in sales within the digital marketing sector.
