Responsibilities
What will you accomplish as a Business Support Specialist?
• Cultivate relationships with both prospective and existing clients through virtual meetings, phone conversations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Teams to ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
• Work alongside colleagues across the organization to exchange knowledge and best practices.
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in the logistics market.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services.
• Leverage all available resources to meet sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses client expectations.
Requirements
Who are you?
An intermediate English (60%), advanced Portuguese (80%), and Spanish speaker. An empathetic, responsible, and proactive individual. A person with strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills. Someone with at least one year of experience in sales within the digital marketing sector.Benefits:
