The B2C Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing student enrollment applications from international locations; overseeing our student information system; generating billing statements and ensuring their accuracy; fostering ongoing communication with students and field personnel; and executing special projects and requests as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage enrollments (bookings) to Kaplan International Languages schools across various countries. Assist the B2C and B2B Sales Teams in achieving market sales objectives. Maintain the student database and monitor the student arrival process. Provide timely guidance and assistance to student inquiries primarily concerning visa, payment, and arrival logistics. Cultivate strong relationships with students. Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues in all schools, gaining a comprehensive understanding of each institution's staff and facilities. Deliver efficient, friendly, and proactive customer service to students and school staff. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality, response times, and information accuracy. Take ownership of administrative responsibilities, including filing, generating reports, and processing payments. Keep the Customer Service Team Manager informed about student status, including arrival details and financial matters. Perform additional duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to solve problems and meet deadlines. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Proficient data entry skills with a strong attention to detail. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Fluency in Portuguese and English. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, lift up to 50+ pounds, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach, bend, and maintain visual acuity. Strong speaking and listening skills.#LI-NU1
