Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

The Employee Relations Coordinator will manage various critical employee lifecycle events, ensuring adherence to established protocols and necessary actions for all personnel across the LATAM region.

Duties Include:

· Facilitates the execution and management of the employee exit process.

· Ensures timely follow-up with supervisors and executives regarding the probationary assessments of all new hires to guarantee proper documentation of performance reviews.

· Oversees incoming reports related to employee relations matters (performance management issues, workplace disputes, prompt internal investigations, complaints, and grievances) and offers conflict resolution support.

· Serves as a consultant, providing guidance to supervisors and executives on optimal employee relations practices and strategies for addressing issues and grievances.

· Implements any necessary disciplinary actions while ensuring appropriate follow-up, goal setting, and resolution among all parties involved.

· Collaborates closely and maintains effective communication with Talent Acquisition teams throughout the organization to ensure the proper execution of all responsibilities and tasks.

Required Qualifications:

· A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in employee relations.

· Strong knowledge of local labor regulations within the LATAM region.

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
