WeWork is seeking a Customer Service and Community Building Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and building a welcoming and collaborative community environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our community and will act as the face of WeWork. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Frontrunner: You will cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact, greeting members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Community Engagement: You will provide feedback on programming types based on member makeup, evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact, and consistently celebrate members' successes and milestones.
  • Building Operations: You will receive, process, sort, and organize all mail, locate and issue post via the regional system, and keep the mailroom organized and clean.

You will also have opportunities to connect members with each other, know and explain WeWork policies and procedures, and ensure that music levels and activations are appropriate to the daypart and occasion.

About the Opportunity

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and is a full-time position. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a chance to be part of a global community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree, preferably in business or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
