Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service and Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collection unit, you will be responsible for maximizing collection recoveries while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate effective communication with customers across multiple countries to resolve delinquency issues and promote timely payments.
  • Utilize knowledge of retail lending products and services to provide tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategies to optimize collection outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to established protocols to ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 1 year of work experience in Call Center operations or a related field.
  • Familiarity with collection systems and processes within the banking sector.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to effectively manage complex customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications.
