Job Description:

The Business Lean Transformation Coach will operate as a facilitator, trainer, coach and accountability partner to the operational leadership and team members to drive the understanding and application of Lean principles and tools, whilst delivering process improvements and productivity.

This role requires a strong understanding of Lean methodologies and a proven track record of driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating lean events, coaching core tools such as Daily Visual Management, structured A3 Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Time Observation Tools, etc.

The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities for both quick wins and longer-term projects to drive productivity and standardisation across teams. They will also be responsible for leading the execution of identified process and automation projects ranging from identification to implementation.

This role involves working closely with operations teams and leaders to identify, create and implement the overall process transformation roadmap for the client. The candidate must have strong consulting, relationship management and facilitation skills, including the ability to listen and ask the right questions to understand the business problem, analyse and provide meaningful insights.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a creative thinker able to define new and engaging ways to enhance collaboration, engagement and communication across multiple team members and functions.
