Coastal Community Liaison Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coastal Community Liaison Coordinator to join our team at Thrive Alliance.
About the RoleThe Coastal Community Liaison Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and maintaining a positive experience for our visitors and participants.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greet and determine needs of every visitor, and direct them to the appropriate department or resources.
- Triage visitors to the right department or person, and provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our offices.
- Assist directors with documents, such as copies, scanning, faxing, signatures, and distribution, as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a clear understanding of our organization's mission and values.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment, preferably in a rural community setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS.
- A valid California Driver's License and ability to drive to work-related functions.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
