About the Role

As a Digital Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Public Relations and liaison between the Public Relations Agency to assist with the execution of public relations and marketing strategies, including media visits and coverage, and tracking of all related efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create curated content to amplify key messages and tell a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons brand identity, while managing and monitoring the hotel's presence on social media networks.
  2. Curate and create content for Twitter, LinkedIn, and other communities outside of Instagram and Facebook, in conjunction with input and support from the Director of Marketing.
  3. Responsible for guest and community engagement on relevant social media channels.
  4. Utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content.
  5. Manage online and social reputation for Hotel and Restaurants, manage content and implementation for all (integrated) social media initiatives and web content with DOM/Sales Team and DORM.
  6. Manage social media analytics, monitoring tools, and Hotel results and findings.
  7. Contribute regularly to Corporate social media initiatives and implement local social media partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
  8. Monitor the hotel's presence (Hotel and Restaurant) on all relevant websites, including review sites such as Revinate, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc., in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate and updated according to the Minimum Operating Standards.
