About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing public relations and marketing strategies, including media visits and coverage, tracking of related efforts, and other initiatives as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create curated content to amplify key messages and tell a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons brand identity.
  • Manage and monitor the hotel's presence on social media networks, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Curate and create content for Twitter, LinkedIn, and other communities outside of Instagram and Facebook.
  • Responsible for guest and community engagement on relevant social media channels.
  • Utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content.
  • Manage online and social reputation for Hotel and Restaurants, manage content and implementation for all (integrated) social media initiatives and web content with DOM/Sales Team and DORM.
  • Manage social media analytics, monitoring tools, and Hotel results and findings.
  • Contribute regularly to Corporate social media initiatives and implement local social media partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor the hotel's presence on all relevant websites, including review sites such as Revinate, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc.
Requirements
  • College graduate.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing.
  • At least two years of social media and online marketing experience; PR and hospitality experience beneficial.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mindset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging, and social media applications.
