">Job Overview
">We are seeking an International Sales Strategist to directly sell all FedEx products and services (domestic and international) to defined national account customers resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx. The ideal candidate will assist FedEx management in the proper development and execution of sales strategies, find ways to sell this business at higher yields and profit margins that meet corporate objectives, and ensure attainment of assigned revenue goals.
">Key Responsibilities

- Sell all FedEx services to a customer based defined by FedEx management, resulting in net incremental revenue while ensuring maximum profitability.">
- Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities to include sales calls, service calls, proposal presentations, VIP trips, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management.">
- Develop and maintain account intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information, and any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.">
- Implement various marketing/sales programs as instituted by FedEx.">
- Gather and report all competitive activity in assigned accounts including all competitive advances, pricing, tactics, and/or any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.">
- Work with all FedEx resources (headquarters, stations, credit, bscs, etc.) to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.">
- Support and uphold all FedEx sales directives and provide positive and negative feedback through appropriate channels.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in business administration, with a major in marketing or finance.">
- Five (5) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience required.">
- Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute major customer sales strategies.">
- Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.">
- Heavy overnight travel required.">
- Fluent in English.">
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
