As a Senior Sales Strategist in Bogotá, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and promoting product loyalty among our dealership network.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing direct commercial attention with the dealer network in Colombia, serving as the primary point of contact for issues related to products and services.
- Managing negotiations related to product activation, ensuring compliance with commercial goals and objectives.
- Developing sales and activation strategies tailored to the needs of each dealership and the local market context.
- Providing ongoing consulting to dealers, offering ideas, training, and support to maximize sales performance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with dealers through participation in relevant meetings, events, and trainings.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A professional degree in business administration or a related field, with experience in account management and/or previous commercial work in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to ensure compliance with work and project schedules.
- A results-driven focus.
- The willingness to relocate between dealerships in your region.
Estimated Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
