We are currently seeking a result-driven Sales Performance Enhancement Manager to join our growing team, either based in Lviv or remotely.
The hiring process will involve an introductory call with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview, and then an offer. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential leads through Upwork, Mail, and LinkedIn. They will also need to write highly customized cover letters, meet and exceed KPI goals, analyze and report on lead generation metrics, and collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lead Generation Manager in an IT company for at least one year, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and quotas. They should also be experienced in working with Upwork or Mail, LinkedIn, and have written and verbal communication skills, decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload.
