About the Role

Job Title: Manager – CPC Sales

VERTICAL: Colombia CTN RnD

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 yrs

We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the AdTech industry and will be responsible for driving sales initiatives from both India as well as the international market.

Work Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive CPC campaigns and generate CPC demand for Colombia.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the India & international market to expand our client base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies to drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Skills, Experience & Expertise:
  1. Digital Advertising Knowledge: Strong understanding of CPC (Cost-Per-Click) models, ad placement, and performance metrics to effectively sell ad space and solutions to clients.
  2. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch advertising solutions, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Data Analysis Proficiency: Skill in analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to recommend optimization strategies to clients and boost ad effectiveness.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  5. Proven track record of success in selling CPC campaigns or generating CPC demand in the AdTech industry.
  6. Experience working with advertising networks or platforms like Tyroo, Taboola, Momentus, or is preferred.
  7. Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, trends, and metrics.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
  9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
