Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Partner Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for driving business opportunities with System Integrator and other AWS partners, leveraging our Cloud Computing Platform to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a partner program strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including System Integrators and Consulting Companies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to customers and partners.
  5. Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in the software/technology industry.
  2. Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  4. Experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements.
  5. Fluent in Spanish and English.
