We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

**Resposibilities**:

- Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
- Overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasting sales performance.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to align strategies and streamline operations.
- Providing training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team to enhance their performance. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales data and trends to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with Vanillasoft, G-suite, Vicidial, and Slack is an asset.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500,000 - $7,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
