About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in building and managing the company's talent acquisition strategy, developing and implementing innovative approaches to attract top talent, and providing exceptional support to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and talent needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, talent acquisition team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Design and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates, including social media, job fairs, university fairs, and other channels.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, talent management, and employee retention strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Intermediate English level, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
- Spanish is a must.
