About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team in Cartagena, Colombia. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implementing initiatives to ensure seamless execution of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all hotel outlets
- Work with departmental managers to put processes in place to ensure these opportunities are executed by all employees
- Measure results and communicate on a weekly basis to the team
- Oversee and implement hotel guest experience initiatives and ideas
- Identify and assist experience assistant guests
- Look for new and innovative ways to provide anticipatory service
- Coordinate among all departments for seamless execution of service
- Coordinate correspondence with guests pre- and post-stay
- Oversee the Experience Assistant team
- Communicate successes to the hotel to keep intensity and focus high
- Assist Reservations and Front Office teams to identify guests and achieve a seamless arrival experience for return guests
- Supervise the activities of the Experience Assistant team to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures
- Degree in hospitality management or a related field
- 3 years of experience in similar roles within the hotel industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
