About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Manager, you will seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all hotel outlets and collaborate with departmental managers to ensure seamless execution. You will also oversee and implement hotel-wide Guest Experience initiatives, identify guest experience enhancement opportunities, and communicate successes to the hotel.
What You Will Do:
- Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all hotel outlets
- Work with departmental managers to put processes in place for execution
- Measure results and communicate weekly to the team
- Oversee and implement hotel-wide Guest Experience initiatives
- Identify guest experience enhancement opportunities
- Look for new ways to provide anticipatory service
- Coordinate among departments for seamless service execution
- Coordinate correspondence with guests
- Oversee the Experience Assistant team
- Communicate successes to the hotel
- Assist Reservations and Front Office to identify guests and achieve seamless arrival experiences
What You Bring:
- Degree in hospitality management or related field
- 3 years of experience in similar roles within the hotel industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
