About the Role:
- Act as an objective third party in employee counseling, problem-solving, or conflict situations.
- Identify and resolve patterns of employee turnover.
- Manage the HR budget, including benefits, labor reports, and planning events.
- Maintain employment files and records in a detailed manner.
- Comply with and enforce Four Seasons' Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
- Administer and train employees on behalf of HR.
- Organize employee recreation programs, including holiday parties and general meetings.
- Respond to and attend employee claims hearings.
- Support the Safety Committee.
Requirements:
College education or equivalent experience.
Two to four years of employment in a related position.
General working knowledge of Labor laws.
Ability to read, speak, and write English.
