Job Overview

The Customer Service Team Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of customer service specialists to ensure they are providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and improvement of processes.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated or complex customer complaints regarding billing, shipping delays, and products.
  • Develop and implement training programs for customer service specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to define action plans based on customer experience and post-interaction survey results.
  • Ensure all applicable quality and compliance requirements are met.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the customer service organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve effectively.
  • Emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Benefits:
