Job Description
As a Client Service Team Lead and Operations Manager at Horatio, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the Customer Service team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Providing direct customer support to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Evaluating team members' performance and providing constructive feedback for growth
- Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Training new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent written English skills, with near-native fluency
- Experience in customer service, preferably with phone support expertise
- Technical savvy, with advanced proficiency in G-Suite/MS-Office
- Sales or e-commerce experience, with a solid understanding of sales metrics and drivers
- A strong work ethic and ability to motivate team members
- Education: 3+ years as a Supervisor, Team Lead, in the BPO or equivalent, or senior college student or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or relevant fields
