About the Role

This internship is designed for students interested in learning about the administration side of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless experience for all customers at the Front Desk, Cowork, and Playground.
  • Assist in managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage local surveys with customers, community, employees, and third parties.
  • Assist in recording invoices into Daily Reports and reconciling with the system daily.
  • Work with accounting managers and bookkeepers to prepare and analyze invoices for corporate accounts payable.
  • Track expenses vs. budget variances and report to the location manager and accounting office.
  • Assist in preparing accrual expenses for the end of the month.
  • Support other projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough files and documentation, adhering to company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Studying Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Proficient in Spanish; additional languages considered an asset.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Ability to provide a college agreement or letter confirming the internship.
  • Insurance certification.
