Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to support our executive team at BruntWork. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, and scheduling meetings with professionalism and discretion.

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other software applications, such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.

• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.

• Assist in project management and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks with a keen attention to detail.

• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.

• Support special projects as needed and collaborate with team members, working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role at BruntWork.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word; experience with other Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
