Job Summary

BruntWork is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, proficiency with scheduling tools and CRMs, and a dedicated workspace with minimal background noise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and handle all interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Input client data into the company database and document interactions accordingly.
  • File paperwork.
  • Re-stock office supplies and manage supply inventory.
  • Assist Management personnel with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Handle other miscellaneous tasks as required by business needs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and CRMs
  • Dedicated workspace with minimal background noise
