**Job Overview**
As a Product Support Engineer at IQVIA, you will work as an entry-level professional individual contributor in a team responsible for delivering exceptional product design experiences. You will work under close supervision and be part of a collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Collaborate with product teams to receive and resolve support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Triage requests, identify and fix small bugs, and submit engineering tickets to ensure seamless product performance.
• Develop a working knowledge of support processes and work in a production environment to ensure high-quality results.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English language skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is required.
• Knowledge of CSS and HTML is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
