We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Coordinator Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our Motion Business Area, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our service operations.
**Responsibilities**
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Service Coordination: Act as a single point of contact for customers during service jobs, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with guidelines.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with engineers and operations managers to optimize resource allocation, maximize completion of customer service requests, and deliver contracts on time.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, track completion of service visits, and ensure timely documentation.
- Competency and Certification Management: Oversee competency and certification databases, ensuring up-to-date information and adherence to standards.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or supervision in the field service area, preferably in the Colombian market.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the industrial sector, including Oil & Gas, heavy industry (petrochemical, production, or related), and related fields.
- Skills and Certifications: Possess PMI certification, advanced Office, SAP, ERPs, or ATS skills, and be proficient in English at an advanced level.
- Education: Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electromechanical, or related careers.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
