Lenovo Premier Support Overview
Lenovo Premier Support is a top-tier service offered to our customers. As a Premier Technical Support Specialist, you will work with customers to resolve complex technical issues beyond standard level one support.
This role is part of the Premier Technical Team, supporting Latin America countries with Spanish language skills, based in Mexico City. Your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional support to Lenovo's customers.
Key responsibilities include providing support via e-ticket, email, chat, and phone, accurately diagnosing reported problems within our client's product environment, dispatching parts and service as needed, and handling customer escalations with support from Level 2 Engineers and Technical Account Managers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a drive to learn, and excellent communication skills to interact with customers at all levels. Additional Locations: Colombia, Cundinamarca, Bogota DC, Colombia, Cundinamarca, Colombia - Cundinamarca - BOGOTA DC
