• Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database for Field Service Engineers.
• Collaborating with other coordinators to allocate resources and maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about strategic leadership, interpersonal communication, customer orientation, teamwork, organization, and planning.
• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electromechanical, or related careers.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
