Role Overview:

As a Service Coordinator at ABB, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating service work at site, ensuring it complies with ABB's and customer guidelines. Your primary point of contact for customers during service job execution, you will showcase your expertise by delivering responsive support coordination that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate service delivery gaps, contract execution, and customer focus by working closely with engineers and operations managers.

• Track and ensure timely completion of service visits and documentation.

• Maintain and monitor competency and certification databases.

• Collaborate with other coordinators to optimize Field Service Engineers' resource allocation, ensuring timely completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination and/or supervision, preferably in the field service area.

• Strong knowledge of the service market in the industrial sector, including Oil & Gas and heavy industry (petrochemical, production, or related).

• Proficiency in project management tools, such as SAP, ERPs, or ATS, and advanced Office skills.

• Passion for strategic leadership, interpersonal communication, customer orientation, teamwork, and organization.

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electromechanical, or related fields.

• Advanced English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
