Oracle Technical Account Manager

As a key member of our Oracle team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our services. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality technical service delivery and governance, helping customers maximize the value of their Oracle investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Oracle customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and trust with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate Oracle service delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and facilitating communication across Oracle lines of business.
  • Monitor and report on complex projects, ensuring efficient use of Oracle resources and achieving contract margin and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and submit delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Act as a point of contact for major incidents, managing communication and customer expectations through resolution.
  • Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with customers at senior management and executive levels.
  • Perform proactive scope and risk management, leading complex account planning and reviews.
  • Take on project/program lead roles, providing leadership and expertise in developing new products, services, and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical account management, with a strong understanding of Oracle services and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
