At Power Digital Marketing, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients.
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement.
  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program.
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels.
  • Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Information sharing, and training team on strategic tactics and implementation tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar.
  • SMS experience.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
