At the heart of Power Digital is our proprietary technology, nova, which analyzes businesses through first-party data, simplifying investment planning for marketing and diligence in M&A. Our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts, and technologists challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for clients.
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel, including marketing calendar, strategy, and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails.
  • Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs' performance monthly to clients.
  • Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program.
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar.
  • SMS experience (preferred).
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Strong communication, rapport building, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Manage 5-7 enterprise or growth accounts.
  • Below 10% client churn rate.
  • Hitting defined EBIDTA goal.

  • Strategic management of email and SMS campaigns, innovating and/or optimizing to maximize performance.
  • Professional communication - ability to present clearly and concisely and problem solve.
  • Adoption of Power Digital's processes, product innovations, and tools.
