Global Sales Strategy Lead for Mining Equipment

Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our sales strategy in the CVCA region. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, consolidating the sales force, and strengthening our market share.
Your primary goal will be to meet the Group's financial objectives, focusing on efficiency, working capital, functional costs, and more. Additionally, you will develop strategies to achieve the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute sales plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team, setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Bartender and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure a comprehensive offering.
- Provide ongoing training to the sales team on products, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Meet the financial objectives of the Group in terms of efficiency, working capital, functional costs, and more.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, establishing clear metrics and objectives.
- Identify and develop new clients and potential markets to expand the customer base.
- A professional degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager and 10 years in roles related to Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Negotiations, Sales Management, and Market Knowledge.
- Technical expertise in mining equipment.
- PREFERRED experience in managing teams of over 20 people.
- Possess an analytical and structured approach to business, with a strong understanding of financial statements and solid business principles.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Resident of Colombia (Bogotá or Medellín).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Valid U.S. Visa.
