Job Description

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role involves executing targeted strategies to drive opportunities for new business growth with contractors in the construction and agriculture industries.

  • Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why BruntWork is right for their business.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and take the lead on helping customers place orders.
  • Conduct verification processes for each sale and gather supporting documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced customer service, inside sales, or call center environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly motivated and driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements

Prior experience with CRM tools and prospecting is an asset. Knowledge of construction and/or agriculture is also desirable, as well as Spanish language proficiency.
