International Sales Director for Short-Term Programs

Job Overview
Shorelight is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in LATAM for our expanding short-term program portfolio. As a pivotal member of the Marketplace leadership team, this individual will drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of regional business development growth strategies focused on unlocking new sales channels for short-term and summer programs.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and establish new partnerships to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and Product teams to provide channel partners with necessary materials, knowledge, and skills to achieve desired levels of performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings relevant to short-term program offerings in the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, international relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the international education/recruitment industry.
- Strong sales and account management skills.
- Strategic-minded and sales-driven, with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while remaining pressure-resilient.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Proficiency with CRM technology and reporting programs/systems.
- Experience in a start-up environment or growing a new business line.
- Existing network and relationships within the education industry in LATAM, particularly in Tier 1-3 cities.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
