About the Role
As a Business Growth Director at Amarok, you will play a crucial part in expanding our enterprise business within key industries. This is a highly rewarding and challenging role that requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and sales outreach, with a focus on maximizing sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our enterprise book of business, working closely with our outside sales team.
- Use marketing data and sales management tools to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strong business leads and sales opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements
- A confident, upbeat personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in B2B settings.
- Demonstrated ability to hunt and seize new business opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

- A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
