About the Role
This is a technical role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with customers via e-ticket, email, chat, and phone to diagnose and resolve technical issues with Lenovo's products, including commercial notebooks, desktops, tablets, smart devices, and AR/VR devices.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Lenovo's customers in Latin America via various communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with Lenovo's products
- Dispatch parts and service to customer sites as needed
- Handle customer escalations with support from Level 2 Engineers and Technical Account Managers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
