Technical Support Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Autocab, a leading provider of taxi software solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software
- Log and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams as per Service Level Agreements
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge in line with product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications and hardware
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software industry
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with taxi software solutions or similar industries
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routers, switches, and basic network technologies
- Experience with telephone systems and telephony integration
