**Job Brief**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales development representatives, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train new sales team members to enhance the overall performance of the team.
  • Lead a team of 8-10 sales development representatives to achieve qualified sales meetings with enterprise clients.
  • Mentor and evaluate sales team members' performance to maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and playbooks for improved results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase revenue and meet sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in creating and implementing sales pitches and processes.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite & Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Apollo.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • C2/Native English language proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in seminars.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $2000-$2500 per month, with an OTE (On-target earnings) of $54k-60k USD per year. The compensation package includes commission on the performance of your SDRs.
