Job Overview:

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Medical Strategy and Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our Endobariatrics team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in the Andean Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost business development and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and accounts by developing and leveraging relationships with academic and research institutions and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and activities to grow the number of patients treated, including cross-sectional patient identification and patient referral targeting new HCPs in partnership with the TDS.
  • Maintain contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage profitable business ventures; Attend and participate in customer, company and industry-sponsored forums and courses.
  • Collaborate with Health Economic & Government Affairs team to remove access & economic barriers in accounts.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A professional degree in Life sciences, Biomedical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing roles with a proven record of sales growth.
  • Previous experience on the field with bariatric and/or general surgery in commercial or clinical roles is preferred (min 2 years).
  • Availability for local, regional, and international travels.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of approximately $80,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
