As a Financial Planning and Strategy Lead - Revenue Growth, you'll be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our business. You'll forecast and manage revenue, prepare and analyze financial reports, and drive strategy and business process improvement by using financial tools and models.

This role requires a thorough understanding of revenue drivers, historical data analysis, and the ability to inform short-term forecasts and forward-looking projections for long-term planning. You'll lead the revenue forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the revenue forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Prepares and presents financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and analysis, highlighting key drivers and variances of business performance.
  • Drives strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling; provides insights and recommendations to optimize region, product, and business unit plans.
  • Communicates across various stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization.
  • Supports the LBF initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze revenue and profitability trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on revenue growth and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of financial analysts, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial systems and applications, including Hyperion and Oracle.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a strong focus on process improvement and best practices.
