Job Description:
The Commercial Lead will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy for the LATAM market, ensuring alignment with the company's corporate brand identity and vision. This position will provide leadership to the LATAM Commercial Team, overseeing day-to-day operations, people management, and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead the LATAM Commercial Team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure commercial goals are met.
