Sales Effectiveness and Strategy Supervisor RoleThis is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that drive financial viability and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and controlling incentive plans to align with market conditions and business strategy;
- Implementing CRM activities to generate insights for support and business activities;
- Maintaining customer compliance and generating alarms for adjustments focused on negotiated goals;
- Establishing sales quotas and monitoring compliance with client productivity targets.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
