Commercial Strategy and Category Vision Leader

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing the commercial strategy for the Health Care category and influencing the category vision to drive category sales and a win-win proposition for the company and its commercial partners.
With a strong focus on customer needs and market trends, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across all markets to understand customer needs and propose creative solutions. Your expertise in sales and marketing processes and operations will be invaluable in analyzing and negotiating exhibition spaces for key accounts through a structured Category Management process.
You'll also be responsible for defining primary displays for products on shelves by implementing objective and rational principles. This role requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
