Collaborate with medium-sized clients to develop long-term partnerships, ensuring their continued success and contract renewal with Oracle. Maintain high client satisfaction by serving as a liaison between clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion and up-sell opportunities. Share information across the CSM team via defined methods.
