About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to help drive growth in our Latin American Market.
This role involves building strong relationships with our clients and playing a key part in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive high levels of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Collect feedback and analyze the learner's experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize client training performance.
