Strategic Business Partner for Latin America

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team in Colombia. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the technical onboarding process and managing key international partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing product support and training to partners via webinars and on-site.
- Champion and advocate for partner requirements by gathering feedback from the field.
- Represent Alarm.com at various trade shows and events.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Alarm.com products and features to respond to partner inquiries.
- Create training materials to facilitate ongoing training for partners.
- Conduct local and remote tests for new features with Product Managers and Quality Engineers.
- Drive adoption of key tools that impact business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or sciences preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to operate independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in consumer, cloud, and IoT technology.
- Strong people skills and customer service orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and positive attitude with a team spirit.
